Bin Prices and Sizes
All our bins have low-clearance and large double-doors, which makes them very easy to load. You can simply walk into a container without lifting heavy objects over the high walls. Even when the bin is nearly full and you need to close back doors the walls are only 4 feet tall and you can use all the available space wisely.
If you are not sure which bin size to choose or you do not see a bin size that you need on our website, please contact us and we will be happy to guide you. Our job is to explain to you everything the customer needs to know about bin rental and take the stress out of it.
NOTE: The prices below apply to most situations. Sometimes we may allow certain items for disposal upon request (for example Ceramic Tile) and we simply adjust your price up-front to account for the situation. It will STILL be a Flat Rate Bin, with no hidden fees or surprises.
6 YARD BIN – from $350 ($400 for clean fill)
(includes delivery, pick up, up to one week rental and disposal of the garbage)
Ideal for small to medium size jobs:

NOTE: This bin CAN BE USED for the disposal of bricks, soil or concrete.
This garbage bin is good for a bathroom or medium size kitchen renovation, wooden deck teardown and replacement, single car driveway resurfacing, junk removal and single car garage clean up. It can fit 2 or 3 pieces of large furniture such as sofas, couches etc.
10 YARD BIN – from $400
(includes delivery, pick up, up to one week rental and disposal of the garbage)
Ideal for medium size jobs:
- Construction and home renovations projects
- Demolition projects
- Landscaping projects
- Household debris
NOTE: Concrete, bricks or soil are NOT ALLOWED for this bin.
This size dumpster can accommodate medium to a large kitchen and washroom renovations, hardwood floor removal and replacement in a 2-storey house and some drywall and kitchen cabinets at the same time. We do not rent this size for clean fill and driveway resurfacing due to the weight restrictions of our vehicles.
14 YARD BIN – from $450
(includes delivery, pick up, up to one week rental and disposal of the garbage)
Ideal for medium to large size renovation projects, complete house decluttering:
- Construction and home renovations projects
- Demolition projects
- Junk removal
- Household debris
- Backyard shrubs and trees removal (not soil disposal)
NOTE: Concrete, bricks or soil are NOT ALLOWED for this bin.
With its 2.5 times the capacity of a 6-Yard bin, you can complete medium- to large-scale renovation and junk removal projects without issues. Will often be sufficient for a complete bungalow renovation, including washroom and kitchen replacements and/or basement refinishing. This container is still compact enough to fit on a single-car driveway, can be delivered to the back lanes in downtown Toronto, and can also be placed on a grass lawn in front of the house.
16 YARD BIN – from $475
(includes delivery, pick up, up to one week rental and disposal of the garbage)
Ideal for large size jobs:
- New construction and home renovations projects
- Framing
- Demolition projects
- Tree removal and back yard clean up (not soil disposal)
- Household debris and large home decluttering
NOTE: Concrete, bricks or soil are NOT ALLOWED for this bin.
If you think that a 14-Yard bin will be just barely enough for your project, you might want to consider upgrading to a 16-Yard container. An additional 2 cubic yards of space might come in handy, especially if you need to order another small bin to accommodate a few extra bags of garbage or pieces of drywall or tile. After all, it is only $25 more than our 14-Yard garbage bin!
Confirm Your Dumpster Rental Price for Your Address
Our flat-rate pricing is guaranteed as long as your bin stays within the included weight limit of up to 2,000 kg and the selected waste type is respected. If the limit is exceeded, or if any rules are broken, we reserve the right to charge the customer at a rate of $150 per tonne over the limit. Clean fill materials are accepted only in 6-yard dumpsters and include a small additional disposal fee in the price. Mixed waste pricing applies to all other bin sizes, ensuring fair, transparent pricing with no surprises.
All prices include delivery, pickup, 7-day rental & disposal. No hidden fees.
